German Art Artist Iz Maglow dedicated the fourth level of the art installation about the "Balance" to the Middle Ages and the Bowl Balance.

A yellow half-ellipse element, that looks like a floating wheat bowl on water, is balanced against the unequal divided main painting, that shows relicts of various Forms and Symbols.

Symbols like compasses and angle try, among other aspects, remind to the architecture (spirit level,..) of the Middle Ages, the colour spectrum tries to follow book paintings of the Middle Ages.

"...As the first artist - and for sure, nearly not able to be beaten in its consequence - he opened in these room installations the technical media Balance in its spiritual, cultural, and technical-historian dimension..." described the Allgemeine Fleischer Zeitung in 1991 the Artist Iz Maglow and his Fine Art Installation "Balance".
